If you have second thoughts then that’s no problem – we offer free returns for anything you’ve bought from us within 14 days of receiving it:
How to send your return
- Get in touch – we’ll give you a return number and our address.
- Pack it up – you need to return it unused and in an unmarked condition. Please send back the original tags and the packaging we sent it in within 14 days of receiving it. Also, please include the returns number we gave you, a note to tell us whether you’d prefer an exchange or refund, and a copy of your sales receipt (keep hold of the original).
- Post it back – we’re working on sorting out a pre-paid return service at the moment. For the moment, just send it back and we’ll refund the postage. You’ll need to use a guaranteed delivery service with tracking facility (like Royal Mail Signed For), and make sure you get proof of postage (without this we can’t refund you if it gets lost on the way).
- We’ll sort it out and let you know – once we receive your return, we’ll either send you a replacement if it’s available or give you a refund to the card or PayPal account you originally used for payment.
If you’re returning something from outside the UK, you should also mark the package and customs declaration ‘returned goods’ as we won’t pay duties for unmarked packages.
If your return is outside the 14 day period or doesn’t follow this procedure, then we may still choose to exchange or refund it. And of course, our returns policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
